The Gold Maintenance Plan

The cheapest visit you'll ever pay for — because it stops the expensive one.

Most AC failures in Florida aren't bad luck — they're a dirty coil, a weak capacitor, or a slow refrigerant leak that nobody caught. A yearly tune-up catches them while they're cheap, keeps your power bill down, and keeps the system running the summer you need it most.

What members get

A full tune-up every year

We clean the coil, check refrigerant, test the electrical, clear the drain, and catch the small stuff before it strands you.

A pound of refrigerant included every year

If your system needs a top-off during your visit, the first pound is on us — that alone can cover a chunk of the plan.

Member-only repair discounts

If something does break, members pay less on the repair.

Priority scheduling

When it's 98° and everyone's calling, members get moved to the front of the line.

A little Florida history

Around here, staying cool used to be a full-time job.

Before air conditioning, keeping a Florida house livable took real work all summer. People slept on screened porches to catch the night air. The iceman came by with a block for the icebox. Downtown St. Pete filled up with green benches so folks could sit outside where it was cooler. Comfort wasn't something you set on a wall — it was a chore you did every single day.

Here's the point. You've got it way better than that — one system on the wall does the whole job now. But it only keeps doing it if somebody looks after it. That's the whole idea of the Gold Plan: a little attention once a year so comfort stays the easy part, the way it's supposed to be.
