Walk out to the big box-fan unit outside (the one that hums and blows warm air out the top). On its side is a metal data plate — a sticker with the model and serial numbers. A clear, straight photo of that one plate tells us your size, age, and type.
Can't find it? / What am I looking for?
It's a roughly business-card-sized metal or foil label on the cabinet side, usually with rows like MODEL / M.N. and SERIAL / S.N. Hold the phone steady and fill the frame with the label so the small print is readable. Glare? Step to the side or shade it with your hand.
